Due to various reasons, our engineers were unable to go to the site for installation. We arranged remote video installation guidance for the customer. The installation plan is formulated for the customer in detail, and the installation drawings are matched, so that the customer can complete the installation task efficiently, quickly, and safely.
The woodworking veneer dryer humidity removal system is installed on the top of Shine’s veneer dryer to quickly discharge the moisture inside the dryer to the outside of the workshop, avoiding the pre-condensation of steam caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dryer, and keeping the inside of the dryer dry and pressure balanced. Specially designed for users in northern cold regions. It can be installed on any model of our company separately.
The veneer dryer can be equipped with a natural gas boiler, a steam boiler, a heat transfer oil furnace, and our patented biomass burner for heating.
The built-in automatic temperature control and speed regulation system can automatically adjust the transmission speed and temperature according to the thickness and moisture content of different veneers to achieve the ideal drying effect. The final moisture content can be precisely controlled. Avoid the phenomenon that a large number of veneers are over-dried or the drying does not meet the technological requirements.
The thermal insulation system is specially designed for cold regions such as Russia, and the thermal insulation system of the fan is added.
