Operating costs are optimized at $6–12 per cubic meter, covering labor, fuel, and electricity expenses. The standard heat source is a biomass burner, though alternative options are available to suit specific requirements.

Rotary Veneer Drying


Shine's newly upgraded veneer drying has a 35% reduction in power, minimizing the power consumption of the entire equipment. It adopts a fully automatic control and frequency conversion control system, which can automatically adjust the transmission speed and temperature according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve the ideal drying effect. Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic configurations are available for you to choose from. Meet different wood processing needs.


Rotary Veneer Drying


The veneer dryer is driven by the chain to run the upper and lower rollers, relying on the upper roller to press the veneer to run. A biomass combustion furnace is used to burn wood chips, waste wood, and other materials at high temperatures. Materials boil and fluidize in the burner to provide heat energy to the veneer dryer. For processing the surface veneer and long core veneer, this veneer dryer can avoid the breakage of the veneer, thereby raising the veneer utilization ratio and production output.
