Plywood Roller Drying Machine
The 4-deck veneer roller dryer is equipped with a fully automatic veneer feeding system and a semi-automatic veneer collection system. The veneer dryer can automatically adjust the transmission speed in line with the temperature change inside the dryers. Therefore, the veneer will achieve an ideal drying effect, and no veneers will be over-dried, or the drying process will not meet the process requirements. The automatic loading system not only saves labor but, most importantly, enhances the accuracy of loading boards into the dryer, improves loading efficiency, and reduces the risk of board jams. The automatic unloading system significantly reduces labor intensity for workers, ensuring precise and neat stacking while achieving high unloading efficiency.
The veneer dryer is easy to operate and has a low failure rate. Compared with traditional dryers, it has a good drying effect, the dried boards are flat and wrinkle-free, and the shrinkage rate is controlled at a very low level. The automated control system improves production efficiency.

The Factory
Our factory has 10 standardized workshops, 6 production lines such as heat treatment, punching, welding, assembly and painting, and complete machining. In the factory, there are 150 sets of various equipment for our workers to produce the roller veneer drying machinery for our customers.
