Shine veneer dryer is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly wood drying equipment. 1. Heat Exchange System
The Shine heat exchanger adopts step-by-step heat exchange, and the specifications of each heat exchanger are different. The hot air in the heat exchanger can be evenly distributed to the veneer. After drying, the moisture content of the veneer is uniform, smooth, without wrinkles or end ripples, without cracks, and the surface is in good glued state, which fully improves the utilization rate of energy and saves unnecessary energy waste. 2. Automatic Electric Control and Frequency Conversion System
It adopts automatic control and frequency conversion control system, which can automatically adjust the transmission speed and temperature according to different veneer thickness and moisture content, so as to achieve the ideal drying effect, and can precisely control the final moisture content. Avoid the phenomenon that a large number of veneers are over-dried or the drying cannot meet the process requirements
3. The Power of the Whole Machine is Reduced by 30%
The hot air fan and cold air fan of the dryer adopt the latest axial flow fan, which reduces power consumption and greatly reduces the power of the whole machine, which can further reduce the user's later operating costs.
The hot air fan adopts 4KW and 5.5KW axial flow fans, and the air volume can reach 46000-60000m³/hour, which not only fully guarantees the air volume required for drying, but also reduces the total installed power and minimizes the power consumption of the whole set of equipment.
4.Humidity Removal System and Thermal Insulation System
The Veneer Dryer Humidity Removal System is installed on the top of the Shine’s veneer dryer to quickly and discharge the moisture inside the dryer to the outside of the workshop, avoiding the pre-condensation of steam caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dryer, and keeping the inside of the dryer dry and pressure balanced.Specially designed for users in northern cold regions. It can be installed on any dryer model of our company separately. The thermal insulation system is specially designed for cold regions such as Russia, and the thermal insulation system of the fan is added.
