This high-capacity roller wood veneer dryer is engineered for efficient and uniform drying in modern wood processing plants. With a generous 3-meter working width and 36-meter heating length, this veneer drying machine accommodates a wide range of veneer thicknesses from 0.8mm up to 8mm. It delivers a consistent daily output of 55–65 m³, making it ideal for medium to large-scale production needs.
Automatic Veneer Dryer Machine
Veneer dryer machine adopts automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve an ideal drying effect. Equipped with an automatic veneer feeder and an automatic collection system, which not only improves the drying efficiency but also saves labor costs. In addition to the uniform moisture content, the veneer dried by the shine veneer dryer is flat with no buckle or end waviness, free of splits, cracks. Shrinkage is kept to a minimum during the drying process of the wood veneer dryer machine. So after drying, the veneer is in very good condition before gluing for the plywood making machine.
