Shine has newly developed the Vertical Dryer Machine, an innovative and compact Core Veneer Dryer Machine that delivers remarkable energy and power savings while occupying minimal floor space. This cost-effective solution requires less labor and achieves high drying efficiency. Designed with a working width of 3 meters, it accommodates veneer thicknesses from 0.8–8 mm and delivers a drying capacity of 36 m³ per day, effectively reducing moisture content from fresh veneer to approximately 0–15%. Equipped with a built-in burner, this vertical dryer ensures consistent performance and offers an accessible, efficient option for modern wood processing needs.

The vertical veneer dryer is engineered with a unique, quick-loading structure that significantly accelerates the veneer loading process, enabling enterprises to substantially save on labor and operational costs. As an advanced core veneer dryer, it incorporates an innovative internal hot air circulation system that ensures a high volume of heated airflow throughout the drying line. Each section maintains abundant hot air with uniform airflow and consistent temperature distribution. By utilizing a countercurrent drying cycle, this vertical veneer dryer guarantees both rapid drying and exceptional uniformity in the quality of the veneers, making it an efficient and reliable solution for modern wood processing needs.
