Shine veneer dryers are welcomed for their high productivity, energy efficiency, and low energy consumption. The wood veneer dryer is directly heating air in the core veneer dryer machine with no heat loss. The fuel of the veneer drying line is waste wood chips, which is the most economical fuel type for the Jet veneer roller dryer. The dried veneer by Shine veneer drying machine has a uniform moisture content, flat with no end waviness, free of splits, and the surface is in good condition before gluing for the plywood making machine. Our face veneer dryer can be designed by a professional team for users' special capacity requirements.

The wood veneer drying machine is driven by the chain to run the upper and lower rollers, relying on the upper roller to press the veneer to run. A biomass burner is used to burn wood chips, waste wood, and other materials at high temperatures. Materials boil and fluidize in the burner to provide heat energy to the veneer dryer. For processing the surface veneer and long core veneer, this veneer dryer can avoid the breakage of the veneer, thereby raising the veneer utilization ratio and production output.
