Roller Veneer Dryer has an advanced heat exchanging system with characteristics of high hot air circulation efficiency and low heat loss. Veneer dryer can be used to dry rubber wood, eucalyptus, birch, teak, poplar, pine, all kinds of hardwood and softwood veneer etc. The working width and working length of the wood veneer drying machine can be customized according to the specific veneer drying capacity requirement needed by the different customers. We have produced the following working width of the wood veneer dryers for our clients, for example, 3 meters, 3.5 meters, 3.75 meters, 3.9 meters, 4.5 meters and 6 meters.
Advantages of Veneer Dryer
1. Our roller dryer can not only be heated by the steam boiler or thermal oil boiler, but also by our patent product--biomass burner.
2. The material of the heat exchangers in each section is different so as to adopt to the different temperature and durable in use.
3. The veneer running speed inside the veneer drying machine is automatically adjusted with the drying temperature. In this way, the veneer moisture is uniform after drying.
4. The temperature in the wood drying machine is controlled at 140-180 ℃, which means the temperature is high enough to dry the wet veneer into a proper moisture content.
5. The width shrinkage is controlled well after drying fresh veneer. And the dried veneer surface is flat and smooth, no warp.
6. We have a professional R&D team to design different dryer models according to customer’s specific requirement.

The Factory
The factory is in Gaotang County, Liaocheng, about one one-hour drive from Jinan, the capital of Shandong province. Veneer Dryers and plywood making machines are produced here and then packed and loaded into a container.
Packaging & Shipping
When staffing container, we managed to load everything needed in the veneer dryer installation process into the container and not waste the space for the customers.
