Veneer Machinery


The 4-deck veneer machinery features a high degree with an automatic feeder and veneer collection system. In addition, we have one automatic fuel feeder for the biomass burner to save manpower. Unlike steam veneer dryers or thermal oil veneer dryers, biomass burners can burn all kinds of waste wood, waste veneer, tree barks, straw chips, and so on. In this way, the veneer drying cost is significantly reduced as no need for coal, electricity, gas, or oil as fuel. Furthermore, it also solves the problem of waste accumulation in wood processing plants by burning waste wood. Typically, the main body of the veneer machinery is divided into the veneer feeding section, the veneer heating section, the veneer cooling section, and the veneer out feeding section.

Shine veneer machinery is smooth, and the moisture content is uniform. The high-temperature rollers have direct contact with the wet veneer for heat transfer, the heat efficiency is high, the heat loss is small, and the heat loss is reduced. The selling price for veneer dried by roller veneer dryer is higher than natural air drying. The veneer machinery adopts frequency conversion to adjust feed speed according to your veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve an ideal drying effect.
