Core Veneer Drying
The biomass burner can burn all kinds of waste wood directly to reduce the drying cost. Compared to steam type or heat-conduction oil-type veneer dryer, the drying cost is reduced greatly. The biomass burner eliminates the heat loss by directly heating air and supplying it to the dryer instead of indirect heating of oil or water.
Core Veneer Drying
Shine core veneer drying has a higher drying capacity and higher energy efficiency, as well as the less drying cost. The 4-deck roller veneer drying machine is equipped with an automatic feeding machine, which ensures a high feeding rate for the wood veneer dryers. The biomass burner, or wood-fired heater, or hot blast stove, is our product specially designed for the core veneer dryer line. It directly heats air and supplies it to the veneer roller dryer with no heat loss, instead of indirect heating of water or oil.

The roller veneer dryer is a principal apparatus in the plywood industry, central to the veneer drying process, which is designed to efficiently remove moisture from the veneer. This essential veneer drying machine offers diverse heat medium options, including thermo oil, a biomass burner, or heat steam, to suit different operational needs. The entire system is logically divided into two functional parts: a heating section for moisture evaporation and a cooling section for stabilizing the dried veneer. Furthermore, veneer drying solutions are highly adaptable; while common types include mesh and roller dryers, the equipment can be fully customized according to specific production requirements.
