Roller Jet Veneer Dryer
The Shine roller veneer dryer can make continuous feeding, which can ensure the dryer keeps working with no downtime. In this way, the drying efficiency is high and energy consumption is low for the thin veneer dryer machine. The wood veneer drying machine is heated by a furnace/burner instead of a steam boiler or a thermal oil boiler. The core veneer dryer has the lowest drying cost as the biomass burner can directly burn all kinds of waste wood as the fuel. In addition, the double deck veneer dryer line has the salient features of high productivity, energy efficiency, and minimum dry cost at an affordable price.
One of the major highlights of the Shine dryer is that its power consumption is 35% lower than that of traditional models. This breakthrough is attributed to the advanced internal design: a customized axial flow fan is used to maintain a strong airflow while reducing energy consumption; the graded heat exchange system ensures precise heat distribution and avoids unnecessary energy waste.
