Veneer Dryer Line
Shine's roller veneer dryer machine is used to remove excessive moisture, the fresh core veneers moisture percent is about 60-80%, after the veneer is dried by the dryer, then the final moisture percent is about 0-15%. the machine specifciation is not fixed,it need to be customized according to client's requirement. like the moisture of the veneer,the veneer thickness, the veneer size , the capacity per day,these influence the machine specification.
Shine veneer dryer provides you with a one-stop solution. The dried veneer has uniform moisture content, is flat, has no wrinkles or end ripples, no cracks, and has a good surface glued state. The power of the whole machine is reduced by 35%, and the power consumption is greatly reduced compared with the traditional veneer dryer.
Working principle of Veneer Dryer
The veneer dryer is driven by the chain to run the upper and lower rollers, relying on the upper roller to press the veneer to run. Biomass combustion furnace is used to burn wood chips, waste wood and other materials at high temperature. Materials boil and fluidize in the burner to provide heat energy to the veneer dryer.For process the surface veneer and long core veneer, this veneer dryer can avoid the break of the veneer, then can raise the veneer utilization ratio and production output.
