Plywood Veneer Dryer
Plywood veneer dryer is designed to handle the drying process of face veneer, back veneer, and long core veneer. To process the surface veneer and long core veneer, this veneer dryer can avoid the breakage of the veneer, then can raise the veneer utilization ratio and production output. All outfitted air blowers and screen are the high quality production, so they can increase the durability and useful life of the machine. The humidity removal blowers and pipes are located on the top of the wood core veneer dryer so the humidity can be easily removed out of the dryer to keep a proper moisture content inside the veneer drying chambers.
The plywood veneer dryer adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can adjust the feed speed according to the drying temperature variation. When drying different veneer thickness, the drying speed is adjusted to ensure the correct moisture content of the final product to achieve the ideal veneer drying effect. Higher thickness of roller walls ensures longer life without getting distorted and smoother dried veneer. Veneer dryer machine is composed of transmission room, drying room, cooling room, veneer infeeding chamber, veneer collection chamber and other parts. This equipment highlights less investment and cost-effective advantages. We can design different veneer dryer according to the specific needs of customers.
