Veneer drying is one of the most crucial phases in veneer production. The main objective of the drying process is to produce high-quality optimally dried veneer sheets with the highest possible efficiency and least heat loss. This process is carried out by removing water from the sheet and decreasing moisture content to an optimized level by using hot and humid air inside a dryer. Single deck, Two decks or 4 decks depends on the veneer drying capacity requirement and specific workshop size, degree of automation, and other details.

In camboida, we just finished another double layer veneer dryer installation and test running. This dryer is heated by a 6 ton biomass burner. And the veneer drying capacity is satisfying and attracts customers and local government to have a check in person. Customers have the plan to order more biomass veneer dryers from us in the future.

As soon as the containers arrived at cutomers factory, we immediately send our engineer to the project sites for the guideline installation. With rich installation experience, our engineer can help the customer install the 4deck roller dryer successfully.  After the installation of the dryer is complete, the test running and comissioning is conducted. The engineer will then train the local workers how to operate the roller type veneer dryer and routine maintenance.

Brand new machine parts are staffed into the containers. Some items are veneer dryer parts, some already assembled. All the items are well packed and loaded into containers. Make sure no dryer parts are missing.
