Veneer dryer adopts automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve and ideal drying effect. Equipped with automatic veneer infeeding system and automatic veneer outfeeding system, which not only improves the drying efficiency but also saves labor cost mostly.
Plywood Core Dryer Machine
The plywood core dryer machine is based on the most advanced continuous pressure contact veneer drying technology in the world. The working principle is that the veneer is clamped by the upper and lower seamless steel tube rollers, and the oven temperature reaches 140 ℃ by preheating, and then enters between the upper and lower rollers and blows high-pressure hot air to the upper and lower sides of the veneer through the hot air pipe for rapid drying. So it can make the veneer smooth and moisture content even after drying, and it also has the characteristics of direct contact heat transfer between the high-temperature roller and the wet veneer, high thermal efficiency, low heat loss, and reduced heat energy consumption. Thus, the veneer drying capacity can be guaranteed based on the above characteristics of the veneer roller dryer machinery.
Core veneer dryer machine has an advanced heat exchanging structure system with features of high heat exchange efficiency and low heat loss. The core veneer dryer can be heated by a steam boiler, thermal oil heater, or biomass burner, which can save the fuel cost the most. The composite drying cost using biomass burner-heated roller dryer is about only USD 10 per cubic meter, including the labor cost, fuel cost, and electricity. Tree barks, waste veneer, wastewood, and other branches, etc, can be the fuel of the biomass burner and fired to generate the smoke and gas, and then converted into hot air. Finally, this hot air is blown to the wet veneer for an ideal drying result.

This is the CE certificate of the veneer dryer. That means the Shine roller dryer can be exported to European countries. We did have the dryer sites in European countries like Latvia, Romania. Customers and friends are welcome to check in person to better understand our machinery.
Container Loading
In our factory, we have a loading platform and weighbridge, it convenient for staff to load the roller dryer parts into the container and ensure that the weight of each container is within the weight limit required by the customer.
