Plywood Veneer Drying
Plywood veneer drying is the most effective veneer drying machine. Hot air recycling inside the veneer dryer greatly reduces the operating cost of the enterprise, improves the quality of the veneer, and increases the veneer drying capacity. After drying, the dried veneer is flat and the moisture content is uniform. When the veneer is located between the two groups of rollers, the transverse shrinkage can be free, the crack is reduced, and the veneer drying quality is good. In the benign physical process of wood shrinkage, the veneer does not warp, the damage rate is low, and the rate of the finished product is high.

Our dryers offer the highest efficiency, using the least amount of thermal energy and producing a minimum of volume dryer exhaust.
Our roller dryer can also be heated by a steam boiler, gas burner, or thermal oil heater. So in the event, the customer has a gas line in the factory, our roller dryer can be heated by using the gas burner to burn gas to heat the thermal oil. And so the thermal oil running inside the radiators and hot air emitted into the face and back of the veneer.
