Plywood Veneer Drying


Shine’s plywood veneer dryer is engineered to be the most effective machine for drying plywood veneers. Its advanced design ensures consistent, reliable performance, making it a cornerstone of modern woodworking production lines. A standout feature is its internal hot air recycling system. By reusing residual heat, the dryer drastically cuts operational costs for enterprises while simultaneously improving veneer quality and increasing drying capacity. Plywood Veneer Drying


After drying, veneers from Shine’s machine exhibit:

  • Flat surfaces: Ensuring smooth, even sheets are ready for gluing or laminating.

  • Uniform moisture content: Eliminating dry spots or spongy areas, critical for strong adhesive bonds in plywood assembly.

During drying, veneers are positioned between two sets of rollers, allowing free transverse shrinkage. This design minimizes internal stress, significantly reducing crack formation and ensuring the integrity of each sheet, key to maintaining high-quality veneers.
